For an effective lift, apply the Perm Lotion followed by the Fixing Lotion in sequence. Always make sure to carefully remove any residue between steps using a dry cotton pad. - Tinting & Care
A brow lifting looks more intense when the hairs are tinted as well. Apply the color to the brows and finish by nourishing them for a flawless result.
